Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Alva Boutique , we aim to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations and you may wish to return or exchange it.

Right of Return or Exchange

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
After this period, unfortunately we cannot accept return or exchange requests.

How to start the process?

Send an email to info@alvaboutique.co.uk , stating the following:

  • Order confirmation number

  • Name and contact information (email/phone)

  • If you are requesting a refund or product exchange

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photos of the product (if there is a defect)

Once we receive your request, our customer service team will forward it to the relevant department for evaluation and inform you of the next steps.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To accept a return or exchange:

  • The product must be in its original condition.

  • It must not have been worn or washed.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all its labels.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.

Cases where returns or refunds are not accepted

We do not accept returns or compensation when:

  • The customer chose the wrong size , even though a size guide was available.

  • The product was destroyed by the customer after delivery.

  • The carrier failed to deliver the order due to incorrect or unclear recipient information.

  • The carrier declared the order as delivered , but the customer claims not to have received it (in this case Alva Boutique is not responsible)

  • Defects not reported within 24 hours of receipt (with supporting photos)

  • The customer does not respond within 72 hours of the first response from the service department

  • The customer does not provide photographic evidence of the defects or non-conformity

Important Clarifications

We have taken care to provide detailed descriptions, specifications and photos for all our products. However, we would like to point out:

  • Color Deviation : Shades may vary slightly depending on monitor settings. This is not considered a defect and is not a reason for return.

  • Subjective expectations regarding color, texture, material or aesthetics are not a valid reason for return or exchange . The size guide and descriptions are provided for your complete information.

For any questions before purchasing , you can always contact us for clarification.

Change Policy

If the product you received does not satisfy you in terms of size , you can exchange it for another size or a different product, if available.

  • The return must be made within 14 days of receipt .

  • The product must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging.

  • Before sending the product, please contact us for instructions and the return address.

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will proceed with the exchange.

Note: Size changes are only possible if you have consulted the size guide before purchasing .

Refund Policy

To request a refund:

  • Return the product and provide a tracking number so we can confirm receipt at our warehouse.

  • Return costs are not covered by us . We recommend the most economical option with tracking.

  • Refunds are completed within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse in Asia.

  • The refund is made via the same payment method used, unless otherwise agreed.

Defective or Incorrect Products
In the event that you receive a product with a defect, a missing component or an error has been made in the shipment (wrong size, color or product), we offer a free replacement of the product. We do not offer a refund in these cases, only the sending of a new correct product, at no additional charge.

Differences and Counterarguments

If you are considering filing a dispute or chargeback request through your payment provider, please contact us first .

This gives us the opportunity to resolve the issue immediately and directly . If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can then proceed with filing a dispute.
